SHIPPING

Delivery is always free, lovely, and every order goes out the next available day, posted tracked from right here in the North East. I only ship within the UK at the minute, and I'll always message you if there's ever a delay. If you have any questions about your delivery, just message me on Instagram @roxtremeglow and I'll get back to you as soon as I can 💗

Orders go out the next available day, and everything is sent tracked, so once your parcel is posted I'll send your tracking number over and you can follow it all the way to your door.

Right now I only ship within the UK, I'm not posting abroad at the minute but that might change down the line.

Every parcel is packed by me personally, often with a little extra something, because I love making opening your order feel special.

Your parcel goes to the address you enter at checkout, so do give it a quick double check before you pay. If anything goes missing or arrives damaged, message me as soon as you can on Instagram @roxtremeglow and I'll sort it out for you 💗
